After its previous eleven succesful editions, the heaviest automotive spanish publication Autopista announces its present year Contest. Previous winners CV’s includes a lot of very known designs, as the Audi TT Series II (Jorge Díez, the winner of the first edition) or the Fiat 500 (Emanuel Derta, fifth edition, has participated). The Prizes? A Nissan Pixio and a Master in Transportation Design at the Valencia’s Polytechnical University (UPV) for the winner, and a slot game for the Junior category.
As said before, past years winners work actively in the design field, industrial or automotive. In addition to the previously mentioned, we can find Ramón Sellers among them, currently working in the Alfa Romeo Design Studio where he has signed some MiTo sketches and renders, contribution to the final design, as published in the Auto&Design Magazine.
Deadline is September the 22th, 2009. The Jury will be integrated by members from the UPV, Autopista Magazine and Nissan. You can find all the rules and guidelines in this PDF (spanish).
